What measures are needed for container moisture protection
Feb 23, 2016

1) Packing goods using barrier packaging materials

The use of barrier materials such as aluminum foil bags, PE bags, etc., can avoid the moisture in the package from being emitted into the container and increase the humidity inside the container, and even if it is affected by the fog and rain of the container, it can effectively prevent the goods from directly contacting the liquid water and causing damage.

2) Avoid the use of aqueous packaging materials as much as possible

Paper and wooden pallets are all water-containing packaging materials. When the moisture content of these materials is too high, it will undoubtedly increase the possibility of container fogging. In addition, some buffering and fixing materials also contain certain moisture. When the temperature inside the container is too high, The moisture of these materials will volatilize a lot and the humidity in the case will rise sharply.

3) Use of container desiccant

Container desiccant is the most direct and effective means of container moisture protection. Reasonable use of container desiccant can completely avoid container fog and rain, and effectively ensure container transportation safety.

The use of some water-absorbing barrier materials, such as corrugated cardboard, can also alleviate the fog and rain of containers and reduce the possibility of container fog.
